Port Baker Enterprises would like to have you as a sub-wholesaler! It’s a great way for you to go into business for yourself.
Because it’s your own business, you will be your own boss. The harder
you work, the more you sell, the more money you will make. There is no limit
as to how much you can make. It’s a win, win situation for all of us!
Because you are your own boss and running
the business for yourself, you will be considered as an independent contractor and you will need to take care of your own
State Sales Tax and Federal Taxes. You will work under your own name. When you
place an order for your customers, all items will be shipped to you. Then, you
will need to get the items to the customer. It takes about 10 to 14 days, generally,
for the items to reach you once the order(s) have been placed. Port Baker Enterprises
will let you know when the order has been shipped and will give you a tracking number, whenever possible and an estimated
date of arrival. If you are one who is linked with other companies that you sell
for as well, that’s great! You all ready have a customer database to work
with! This will give you more items that you can make available to your customers.
There are many ways, in which to sell your
items. You can try catalog sales, wholesale to businesses, if you happen to work
in a school system………..you all ready have a great bunch of people that will buy from you. Teachers love to look at the catalogs and do their shopping that way.
I’ve seen it! Hospitals, Doctor’s Offices, the list goes on
and on. You can do a party type deal and there is even a videotape available
that will help you with your presentation! You can use your own creativity to
generate sales, because you are your own boss!
How does this all work?
First, you will want to purchase our wholesaler’s
kit, which costs $25. You will get your deposit back after your first $250 in
purchases. The sub-wholesalers kit will include 1) all of the catalogs that are
available; which includes the World of Products, Bayberry Lane, Family Avenue, Wings of Devotion, Big Value Book, Sunrise
Creek, and Summerfield Terrace. 2) A Green Supply Catalog, which has all of the supplies needed that you can purchase, if
you choose to do so. 3) Big Four Manual, which outlines different marketing programs that work. 4) Yellow Price List, which
is Confidential Price Listing of all products available to you and outlines what your cost is for each item. 5) A supply of
Yellow Fast Action Order Forms. 6) A secured deposit certificate. 7) And a reply envelope.
Check your State and Local Codes about
selling. You may need to get an Employers Identification Number (EIN), many banks
require this to open a business account, or you can use your own personal checking, that’s up to you. Check to see with your State about collecting and reporting sales tax.
You will also need to keep good records about what you make. We will help
by keeping a record of all of your transactions with us. We will send you a quarterly
statement of your transactions with us.
Next, you will want to
order one of many sampler kits that are available starting at $70, or if there are certain items that you want to showcase,
we can help you put that together
and will give you a discounted price on the total of the items you wish to
showcase. We will work with you in any way that we can. If you want a list of
the many different sample kits that are available, let us know and we will be glad to give you that information!
Go out and sell, sell, sell! REMEMBER,
the more you work at it, the more you sell, the more MONEY you will make. Once
people see your items that you have to offer, the items themselves will help sell themselves.
All of the items are of high quality.
From our own experience, we have found the jewelry to be of great quality. In fact, I haven’t seen anything that isn’t of great quality. Once you start thumbing through the catalog, you will notice many items that you have probably seen in
the stores. I know that I have. You
will be able to sell those same items at either the same cost, or you can offer a discounted price to help sell it. Remember, this is your own business, and what you make is up to you.
To Place an Order
You must place your order through Port Baker Enterprises. You can either use the special order form, you can send an email listing the items, or you can fax the
order to us, or even phone it in to us. An order can be placed Monday through
Friday from 10 AM to 8 PM. In the event that no one is here to take your order,
just leave us a message and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Your order must be paid in full. You
can pay by Personal Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, or through Pay Pal. If
you pay by Personal Check, your check must clear our bank, before we can process your order, which may take up to 10 days. The quickest way to place your order and to get your items the fastest is to pay by
one of the other methods. If you pay through Pay Pal, we will send you a billing
from Pay Pal for the total amount due. Visa and MasterCard purchases can be done
directly through us.
If you choose to fax, or want to be able to scan your order form and email
it to us, I have a form specifically made up that will work better for this. All
you have to do is let us know that you want a fax order form and I can either snail mail it or email it to you.
In all cases, do not send money until we ask for it. When we receive your order, we will process it and then phone you, or email you with the total amount due. You will have to let us know at that time how you will pay for it. A statement for your order placed, will arrive by mail shortly afterwards.

is Our Guarantee Of Quality, and is printed in all of your catalogs, on the order form, it reads:
Every product you buy from this catalog must be free of defects, or you may
return it immediately to your distributor for replacement or refund. That’s
it. No fine print. We want you to
be completely satisfied with your purchase!
