In our Crafts Dept., if there is something that you don't see, please contact us.  Tell us what you are looking for.  We'll do our best to see if we can come up with whatever you're looking for.    We will ask for 50% of the purchase price for special orders placed, with the balance due (including shipping and handling), prior to shipping.  Keep in mind, that with the craft items there could be a 2 -3 week wait for the item(s) to be shipped depending on availability.
 
The Emporium is full of gift items.  The items available will change often.  Join our e-newsletter  to get special deals that won't be available in any other way.  That e-newsletter will also keep you informed as to where our next craft shows will be.

Shipping and Handling

Items ordered from the Emporium will be shipped as soon as monies are received.  Craft items ordered could be 2-3 weeks for delivery.  We will email you when we receive your order and also, when your item has been shipped.    It is our attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it, as long as that item is in stock.  

We offer the following shipping methods:

USPS Priority
USPS Parcel Post
Standard UPS Ground
UPS Second Day
UPS Overnite

 
We try to ship which ever way is least expensive.  Generally, we have found USPS Priority Mail to be the best choice.
 
Please note:  Items ordered from the Emporium is shipped from our warehouse and they determine how the item will be shipped.  If you want your order shipped in a specific way, it will take longer.  As we will then have to get the item from our warehouse and then ship it ourselves as you specify.
 

 

Returns

Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
 
Methods of Payment
 
We accept checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and Pay Pal.
 
Please note:  Payment by check will delay shipping 7-10 days to allow the check to clear.  Your item will be sent within 2 to 3 working days of recieving a money order.  All Checks need to be made out to: Scott Baker. If paying by Credit Card or through Pay Pal, your item will be sent within 24 hrs depending upon when we recieve payment.  In the case of back orders, there could be a 2 - 3 week wait for the item to be shipped.
 
Our shopping carts are linked up with LinkPoint Shopping Carts.  They are very safe and secure.  LinkPoint uses the highest security allowed by the browser.
